Pre-Kindergarten Creates Stained Glass

Pre-Kindergartners created imitation stained glass using wax paper and the recycled crayons. Students reviewed warm and cool colors and selected a color scheme to create their glass. Students then melted the wax between layers of wax paper, and added a paper frame.

High School Celtic Knots

High School students checked out the interesting use of space, line and movement found in Celtic Knot designs. Students then worked with different lines to create a template. The lines had to be of a variety of thickness, and move under and over each other to create the illusion of moment through space.
