Fourth and Fifth Grade art club members have been busy creating volcanoes! They finished them last week and on Wednesday we made them erupt. It was a fun and messy afternoon!

The third grade has been hard at work using line and pattern to create eye twisting radial designs. Students looked at examples of radial designs found in nature.Then they plotted out points to create their own radial web. High School Celtic Knots

High School students checked out the interesting use of space, line and movement found in Celtic Knot designs. Students then worked with different lines to create a template. The lines had to be of a variety of thickness, and move under and over each other to create the illusion of moment through space.
