First Grade artists studied big cats and their habitats before creating oil pastel drawings.
Student focused on creating accurate proportions, working from large details to small and creating value with the oil pastels.Each piece has great personality!

High School Celtic Knots

High School students checked out the interesting use of space, line and movement found in Celtic Knot designs. Students then worked with different lines to create a template. The lines had to be of a variety of thickness, and move under and over each other to create the illusion of moment through space.
